I believe it was Reggie very nice man. He helped us with our luggage twice. Explained what was around in the area brought us water. Excellent excellent gentleman the shuttle service to the airport was very good so I would highly recommend the Hilton to anyone going to LA like we did.

In the end we did not use the any of the Hilton's catering options. We noticed a few local businesses in the area that offer breakfast, pizza, craft beer etc. and we decided to use these instead.
