The staff were welcoming and outstanding, particularly Richard and Gill! We will never forget their kindness and care. It made for an extremely memorable trip. The beds were super comfortable and the large windows were great. It was also very clean. We felt sad to leave as we had enjoyed our stay so much!

The room was clean and spacious, the staff very friendly and helpful and the location was just perfect. I felt very safe in the area which was super important to me since I was traveling and exploring NYC by myself. Bring your comfy walking shoes and you will be able to reach most sights in 10-20 minutes by foot. I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family and will be back myself aswell.
