I mentioned that I was a Hilton Honors member and she went to the back room and brought back 2 welcome packages for my husband and I. That was so unexpected and we loved all the treats and bottle water. This was our first time staying at an Embassy suites and we thought that all of it was amazing. The decor is beautiful throughout the hotel and exudes a calm and warmth mirrored by the employees there. If you need to eat in, no problem. The food is great! The room service meal is hot, fresh and made-to-order. I recommend Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/ Crabtree Valley.
