the location was perfect for us.We had a high floor with a view of the bay as requested thank you for filling our request. Front desk service 5 star. really enjoyed the entire experience, We come to San Fran once a year and The Hilton is our new favorite.

It's an older building but suited my travel needs - I was in the city for a conference at the Hilton (2 minute walk from The Fitzgerald). Breakfast was solid and filling every morning - waffles were nice! Good value overall.

The staff were always friendly and were very helpful with storing our luggage when we went for an overnight trip to Yosemite. The free happy hour every evening (5-6pm) was a lovely bonus. Great rooms - clean, big, comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed here during a California trip from LA to SF and this was by far better than a Hilton and Marriott we stayed in on the trip. Would definitely come back and absolutely recommend!

It was clean and everything worked. All of the hotel staff I interacted with were friendly, polite and professional and seemed interested and to care which really makes a difference. The concierge service was wonderful - very friendly and helpful.
