We went to the Alphenhaus Alva, in januari 2022, the house was perfect, 5 star in every way. The owners are brilliant, helpfull and warm. The house is spotless and clean and is perfectly located, nearby skilifts, shops and some restaurants. A perfect stay for a family (ski)holiday.

The location was very good (a small city, called Reute, is literally few minutes as well as nearby attractions, like Ehrenburg, peaks and hiking trails. It is quiet, clean and the owners (who live few houses away) are very friendly! The price was very good (also the “Active Card” is included with which you can get discounts from many nearby attractions).

The room had all the necessary, was very clean and comfortable. Frau Luttinger is a wonderful, helpful host - I have enjoyed my stay greatly! There are places to eat, a shop, a supermarket and a gas station in the village; even more options within 15 minutes driving distance. There are plenty of great hikes in the neighbourhood, the famous Bavarian castles are just 30 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here - I am definitely coming back!IuliiaSolo traveller
