The staff were all nice and very helpful although it also helped our friend spoke Russian. The beds were very comfortable and the room all new and very clean. We were able to park our car behind the hotel which was very useful. The hotel is located in the centre of the town so we were able to walk to many of the sights we wanted to visit. Everyone was very welcoming.

The location is great (20 minutes walk to the Centre), the hostel is large, new and very clean. It feels safe no welcoming. The beds are comfortable, you have a large wardrobe, a kitchen with everything you need, a terrace and you even get a welcome brochure. The owner is super helpful. The bathroom are clean and dry all the time, and always be ready whenever you want to use. Location is very convenient, situated in Qala, near supermarket, restaurants and mall. I was greeted by receptionist Turkan. She was very helpful, explained me in details about sights nearby. Allowed my early check in with upgraded room. She was very attentive and helpful. Hats off to her. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was awesome and service was excellent. Nizamin helped me to checkout and share taxi (bolt) details. Lovely guy. Overall this is a great place with very very good and polite staff.
