The suite had everything you needed including toaster, coffee maker, juicer, coffee pod machine, washing machine. Huge comfy bed, very clean and well maintained both in the suite and all the outside areas including the pool and walkways. The ‘Snack Pack’ was a fab addition as I arrived quite late. Nice to have the terrestrial channels on the tv too. It felt very special, although there were guests in most of the other suits for the week I was there, nobody seemed to use the small bit perfectly kept pool, so I had it all to myself.

These modern villas are located within Lanzarote’s Marina Rubicón Port, and a 15-minute walk from central Playa Blanca.

There is a table and chairs on the garden terrace. Each villa also has its own private poolside barbecue area and sun loungers.

The pool was lovely and warm, the location was great, the attention to detail in terms of supplies around the villa was great. The villa is a short walk to the marina and I couldn't really fault anything with it. I would certainly consider it again. We opted for the heated pool, it was great as the kids could jump in from early without any issues with it being cold etc.

Set in the south of Lanzarote, in the locality of Playa Blanca, the residential complex is ideally situated close to Papagayo’s Beach and opposite to the Islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura.

Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, the 14 villas present themselves as the ideal destination for a relaxing break in an area of tranquillity. During your stay you can enjoy the wonderful natural surroundings; Lanzarote's Island has been declared Reserve of the Biosphere by the UNESCO.

This is our 2nd stay at villa Susaeta and this time our stay was just as good as before. We love everything about this villa. It’s in a brilliant location just a short stroll from the beach, the marina and the town. The villa is spacious and very well equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. We tend to go out but there are plenty of cooking utensils and dishes if you want to eat in. The villa was sparkling clean and the towels were replaced and the villa was cleaned also during our stay. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature for our arrival. The host is fantastic. She replied very promptly to any queries and even extended our check out time (at no additional cost) as we had a late flight home. The kids were able to enjoy our last few hours in the pool which was great. Overall it’s a fantastic choice of villa and we will definitely return on our next holiday to PB.

    Absolutely loved the villa. There is a designated car park, super easy to park the car, the villa is very clean, and we loved everything about it. The backyard is our favourite, feel relaxed and comfortable. Plenty of chairs and private pool was just a bonus. Key collection was painless, communication with the property management was also smooth. Highly recommended!

    Villa Karoline was very well equipped throughout with everything you would want in a holiday home and more, the kitchen was well equipped along with leather furniture in the living room, comfortable beds, alfresco dining area suitable for all weathers, comfortable sun beds and a swimming pool that was heated to 30 degrees, comunactions throughout the process was first class, probably one of the best holiday homes we have had to date.

    The villa is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect and very quiet. The private pool is heated and quite big. The sun loungers are very comfortable and so are the beds. There is also a communal pool which is perfect for a good swim. The villa has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. There is a good variety of restaurants nearby. The hosts are easy to contact should there be a problem. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

    The property is a very good size, with lots of facilities including a private pool, large garden area and outside hot tub It was very clean and well maintained and is very secure with automated gates and a second locked door into the gardens. Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the marina, restaurants and shops.

    The place was absolutely perfect! Located in a quiet area with a private pool. The villa was furnished to a high standard and was very clean. It was close to the Marina with great dining options. Judith, the host was very helpful to accommodate our requests prior to arrival.

    Everything was very clean, modern and comfortable. All the facilities were excellent. The private garden was very relaxing with the sun loungers and the big bbq was great. Everything you need for a holiday home from home . The whole complex is secured with electronic gates etc . Only 10 mins easy walk to the harbour and town .

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the villa was very clean, had all of the amenities we needed, a private pool, and on top of it the already top notch cleanliness- a cleaner arrived in the middle of the week to clean the villa. It’s a little out of the way of the main shops and restaurants but if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk or if you have a car, then it’s no bother. I would definitely recommend this villa to families or couples, it’s a fantastic size and so would easily fit 4 people for a long stay.
