The Staff are wonderful, so helpful and polite. The food both at breakfast and dinner is very good, and there is a great choice. Our room was on the top floor, so hard on the knees, not good if you have mobility problems. The room itself was lovely, really big and very clean and comfortable. It is warm, welcoming and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. Usefully for the centre of Tetbury it has a car park. The building is historic and interesting and it has been refurbished to the highest standard whilst retaining its original features.
