We really enjoyed our stay to Charchala Villa. It is perfect for a group of friends, but also for families with kids (the stairs to the first floor may be a minor inconvenient). The owner of the villa was always available and ready to meet our requirements. The rooms and bathrooms were large and clean. Towels for the bathroom and pool available. The kitchen is fully equiped. Also, the pool, the barbeque area and the patio are perfect for lazy days. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from restaurants and shops and 10 minutes from beaches in Kassiopi.

We adored staying in Villa Helonaki. The Villa itself is extremely well appointed. Its design has been really well thought through and feels extremely luxurious. The kitchen is a joy to cook in. The pool is wonderful. The master suite is amazing – its bathroom is a thing of great luxury all on its own. Even the downstairs bedrooms, which in properties like this can sometimes be disappointing, are lovely spaces with doors opening to the outside. It’s such a wonderful spot - we loved sitting out on the terrace and enjoying the view over the olive grove, with Kassiopi harbour in the middle ground and Albania in the distance. What is particularly nice about Helonaki, is that you have genuinely easy walking access to Kassiopi harbour with all its restaurants and amenities, as well as three different pebbley beaches. Kassiopi itself might not be your cup of tea (it’s pretty touristy) but a 5 to 10 minute walk back to Helonaki, and it feels like you’re in the countryside. It’s also just a short drive to several other beaches and you have the watersports of Kalami beach a 15 minute drive away. The best review I can leave is the fact that we are hoping to go back next year!

Villa Spiros Imerolia Kassiopi, holiday home in Kassiopi

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Villa Spiros Imerolia Kassiopi is located in Kassiopi. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 200 metres from Imerolia Beach.

Host met us in Kassiopi and guided us to the Villa. Also showed us all essential details of the villa. Very friendly, charming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. All the bedrooms, bathrooms, living space and kitchen were excellent. Pool and surrounding terraces were ideal for adults (5 of us and we had no infants in our party). The views across the bay to Albania were outstanding, the location was great, set on the hillside above the road, so minimum noise. Pool guy arrived every day to clean/maintain the pool, cleaner came every 2 days to refresh towels, clear the bins, and generally clean. The villa was exceptionally clean, the towels and bed linen were high standard, and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of choice of places to sit inside and outside the Villa to make the best of any weather conditions, the lounge on the top floor was a suntrap and was a great place to sit away from the TV lounge. Good Wifi, and we were able to use our Netflix login on the smart TV. We had sunshine and showers, but it was easy to sit outside on the covered balcony and stay dry during the rain. Imerolia Fish Tavern is 3 minutes walk and (in our opinion) has outstanding food. Lots of other good restaurants in Kassiopi which is 10 to 15 mins walk along the main road. Around the harbour the restaurants we liked were Porto Nuovo, Tavernaki, Petrino's, Cassiopia. Also Janis restaurant is good for evenings, if you want to see the sun setting across the bay. Fresh bread, croissants, and pastries from Nikolas bakery were very good (staff very friendly), supermarkets have everything you need if you want to cook or barbeque (great bbq space at the villa) . Jacuzzi bath in main bathroom was also very good. Everyone in the shops, restaurants and bars was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be staying at Villa Spiros again if we get the chance

The beds were really comfortable and there was loads of space for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The hosts, Mimoza and Jimmy were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful - all the way from the initial booking to when we checked out. We couldn't have a more perfect week. Thank you!

Spacious got everything you need and and comfy outside sofa so just to sit back chill and watch the world go by. Close to all amenities, shops, bars and resturants. Would definitely recommend this villa.

    Very clean apartment, cozy balcony and beautiful view on the sea, nice host who answered all our questions! The kitchen is good equipped, we cooked pasta twice and everything was perfect. We also got a wine like a present, it was nice :)

    We really enjoyed our stay there, the location is great and quiet, yet not far from the center of Kassiopi and the sea. There is also a small private pool where you can sunbathe and swim. The rooms were clean and big enough to accommodate our party of four. Kitchen equipment necessary for cooking is also available. Maria, the owner of the accommodation, was friendly and very helpful, so we highly recommend this place.

    Very clean, spacious rooms and lovely staff. Pool bar was great for drinks and food, just a shame it closes at 6. Location was great and always plenty of loungers by the pool.

    Location was fine, about a 5 minute walk from the village. We had a junior suite which was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but a bit more was needed for those who liked a decent start to the day.

    Attractive apartments about 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the village centre. Mine had two bedrooms and a big balcony - not much of a view, but a pleasant location. Very clean. The apartments share a nice private pool, though there's no view. Keys were collected from the supermarket next door (same owners). I enjoyed staying here for convenience, parking and comfort. The host kept in touch with massages to check everything was OK. I would definitely stay here again.
