Lovely place! Sweet tiny house (very clean!) with terrace full of flowers where you can just sit, drink some wine and enjoy the beautiful view. House has everything you need, and also very nice outside area with shower and deckchair (nice view again). You don't actually even need to leave it to have a nice time, but location is perfect too. It's located in the middle of resort, there is lot of markets, bars, restaurants around, and nearest beach is only like 3 minutes from home. Host Niky is kind and caring - there was no problem with earlier check-in or leaving luggage for few hours after checking out. For me, one of the best booking place ever :).

I had the pleasure of staying at Manteshouse, and it was an exceptional experience. The house was well-equipped, providing everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the option to cultivate fresh produce from their on-site garden, which added a unique touch to our stay. One of the standout aspects of our time at Manteshouse was the outstanding communication with the owner. Any questions or concerns we had were swiftly addressed, with responses never taking more than 10 minutes. This level of attentiveness made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The location of Manteshouse is amazing. Situated close to stunning beaches, we were able to explore the beauty of the coastline. It's worth noting that having a car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding area and its attractions. Manteshouse provided a wonderful vacation experience. I would highly recommend Manteshouse to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home and more.

This is a wonderful house in a spectacular location. Is it perfect? Not quite. Was it the best holiday property we have ever been to? YES. We didn't want to leave and would love to go back every year. The location is fabulous, with the spacious terrace overlooking the beach and sea, and only 12 steps down to a swim in the beautiful Ionic sea. The house is spacious, and although not super modern, the rooms are very charming, with the quirky tiles and gorgeous door handles. The windows have fly screens and the air conditioning works, should you need it. In the kitchen there are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery, and it could easily accommodate 8 people (we were a family of 4). The beaches and bays nearby are simply beautiful - swimming in the clear blue waters, taking a paddle boat to explore the caves - Paleokastritsa is just a magical place for a holiday. Hot tip: Walk to the aquarium (about 200 m away) to view the sublime sunset each night.

We had an exceptional 9 day stay at Villa Stephanie. The location was a very convenient 5 minute walk into town and beaches. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and private sitting areas. Jane the hostess and her husband Malcom were so warm and friendly. She was always ready to help us with any questions. She was there if we needed her but also gave us privacy. We highly recommend staying at Villa Stephanie.

Olga, the owner, is amaizingly nice, very helpful. All of these contribued to our perfect holiday, that's why we absolutely recommend this location.

The apartment was very clean and very comfortable with a spacious balcony for evening dining. At this time of the year we had a wonderful, and peaceful stay with the surrounding beaches all to ourselves. The main drawback is that most of paleokastritsa restaurants close at the end of October but luckily there is a very good one in Doukades recommended by Angelina.

The view from the pool area is beautiful and if you can get up the steps to the roof terrace, the view from there is amazing. Our housekeeper Stam was a lovely lady, she brought us gifts from the owner of wine and soap and cleaned our room every day as required. The pool was clean and was very quiet, in fact it felt like it was our own private pool. Such a lovely relaxing place to be.
