I can say only that it was amazing apartment. Everything is new, clean. Very comfortable beds. We were one big family 3 adults and 3 children and it was still to big for us. Regarding view from balcony I can’t even say more that it was unbelievable, it was amazing. Also we were under regular support from Fabien and his wife. As it was trip for children ski the location is amazing for beginners. Ski resort is just in 100-200 m from flat. If you are professional would be better to go in another one 30-40 min by car. At the same time we prefer to stay in more silent area as it is than in famous villages where overcrowded. Restaurants are available also in 100 m . Then it was one of the best locations ever based on quality, cleanliness, price, location-view and hospitality. I would rank it even 11 if they had fire place :))

The house is beautifully located so the views are amazing. There are two balconies in the house where you can drink your morning coffee admiring the Dolomites. Hosts were very helpful with every issue. They even changed one bed when asked. We contacted them before coming several times and they answered all our questions. The whole house is very comfortable. There are two bathrooms with showers and well eqquiped kitchen. In the kitchen there is oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and a big table. There is a TV in the living room and wifi working well in the whole house. One tip. I think that a car is needed. Especially in winter because the road is steep and no bus arrives close to the house. You need to take a walk down to the village to catch one. The hosts provided us with bus cards and we could travel for free.
