The place is fantastic. I liked it so much that I wanted to extend my stay, unfortunately, it was already booked for many days ahead. Like other reviews say, the house is located on the road, so expect some noise from the cars during the day. It didn't bother me at all. I liked the feeling of not being in a remote area. Wifi was great. The place is charming, it is fully equipped with everything (AC, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) and is meticulously(!) maintained. It even has a small and beautiful terrace. It's a loft like place, with the bedroom and a terrace located one level above (a few easy stairs).

The location is absolutely stunning with a great attention to the smallest details. Stefano did a wonderful job with the renovation of the old building and managed to re-create the mediaeval atmosphere. Everything was super clean and the house is full of historical items which makes everything perfect. The bedrooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. The two bathrooms are renovated to perfection and the kitchen is fully equipped. The huge fireplace was the icing on the cake which convinced us to spend more time in the house than visiting Arezzo:) On top of that Stefano is a super host. Very kind and always available for everything. We used the house for a family get-together and our only regret was that we couldn't stay more than one night.

Sabrina even helped me with hanging my motor gear on the balcony. She did everuything the make you feel at home. The room and bathroom are quite big and very clean. I had a good night sleep in a very comfortable bed. If the occasion arises, for sure I'll be back for another stay.
