There are activities like playing billiards, ping pong or tennis on the beautiful fenced in court. The room itself was so lovely and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the linens felt lovely. But the views. Oh my. The owners also have a restaurant close by which is well worth going to. The food was well priced and delicious.

PERFECT! P as in Professional. The B&B is run by Andrea, very professional, everything organized to the T. He will greet you with a smila and will walk you through everything ( including the spinning Globe) at the house. E as in Everything. From the Air Conditioning downstairs and upstairs to the ice machine and the coffee maker. All the amenities you need! R as is Relax. Andreia has thought of everything. Park right near the entrance upon arrival, unload, settle in. F as in Fabulous. You will enjoy Assisi as everything is within walking distance. Restaurants a-plenty. Andreia will provide the best references where to eat. E as in Easy. Andreia will get you a parking spot where you leave your car for free after settling in. The town is literally at your feet to explore while knowing that Casa Maria awaits you upon your return. C as in Cake. Or pie or whatever you want to call it. Andreia's mom prepped a nice pie for us which we made disappear over the 3 nights we were there. T as in tromendous. We enjoyed the stay, the house, the town immensely. We even found time to diddle around on his PS4 although no Formula One game (what gives?) :-) We had a great time and we will be back and highly recommend Casa Maria.

We were a family of three so booked two floors (first floor: room with own bathroom, second floor: room, bathroom, kitchen and living area). The apartment was very modern, spotless and clean. The second floor came with all the necessary cooking appliances, coffee pot, etc . The location was perfect, near the central area and main churches. The host was extremely friendly (very responsive, helped with restaurant recommendations and booking. Also gave us Assisi welcome card which provided discount for parking). We also ate at the host's restaurant which had the best pizza (ristorante pizzeria II menestrello). We would definitely stay at this place again if we were to visit Assisi!

Incredible gem of a property, a favorite stay on our trip. The kind of place you take pictures/videos to send to friends because it feels unreal (especially for it’s price). A spacious one bedroom cottage to yourself with a view of the surrounding countryside from the garden out front. Just a few steps from the Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi. Feels like a home away from home.

Only thing, no hot water - so we just had a cold shower. Staff apologised as it was an issue that had been fixed later in the day and we just put it down to the adventures of travelling. The room was comfortable, very clean and kept clean every day as Mrs Anna Maria was thorough on keeping it clean and tidy. I would definitely stay there again!!!
