Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security.

The drive from Catania airport to San Lorenzo was roughly an hour. The highway and roads are all in great condition. When we arrived, and the lovely Fabiana had handed over the keys and briefed us on the house, we were utterly impressed! Perfectly clean, modern and spacious! I had not told my wife, her friend who was staying with us for 3 nights, or my kid about the jacuzzi on the roof (good to keep a bonus surprise in your pocket) and that was one of our biggest highlights - Hot tubbing in the evenings. Every room has an en suite bathroom, so plenty or privacy and no problem if you are staying here with larger groups. The house is RIGHT at the beach...no other houses blocking the sea view. My daughter and I had a timed race: from the door, into the ocean in under one minute!

    The villa is practically new, very clean and comfortable. There are 4 apartments in total but we were the only guests here and we enjoyed it a lot. The apartment is very compact, but it was ok for our family of 4. The pool is nice and easy to keep it clean. The host was super nice and helpful!

The villa is situated 10 min away from center and it was the perfect place to stay and doing daily roadtrips. Also our 2 year old loved the place, he was able to run around as the garden has fences around to the street. He was enjoying the time very much at Villa Felice and we were all sad that we had to leave again. We can totally recommend that place to stay!

    -very clean rooms- modern with a beautiful view -pool area was great- we really enjoyed spending an afternoon there -you can take a walk through the fields -breakfast was nice- we stayed in the patio for the view -parking available -close to marzamemi center -one of the best agriturismo we have stayed at

    beautiful house, very clean and well kept. fantastic location, with easy access to the beach, and great access to roads in and out of Marzamemi. the outdoor in particular was great with the possibility to enjoy meals outside in the garden, relax on the lounges and have a dip in the pool.

    The place was very cosy with a green garden where you can relax. Even tho it was very close to the beach, we enjoyed better the jacuzzi instead of the sea water which wasn't very clean. By the way, if you ask Alice, she will prepare for you a very tasty appetiser.
