Top location for exploring Tuscany, in the middle of the Maremma Natural Park. Sabrina is a wonderfull host, very friendly, helpfull and attentive, she even baked us delicious cakes and offerd olive oil from their own olive orchard. The appartment is spotless clean, very spacious, has comfy beds and a kitchen with all you need. We will be back, for sure.

Switzerland
We had the whole house for us, so 2 apartments. It is very big, with 2 kitchens (well equipped) and 2 living rooms. All bathrooms are new, and everything was very clean, good shower. There is a lot of details and antique decoration, the sleeping rooms on 1st floor individually furnished with antiques too, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the big terrace with the sunbeds, dining area and lounge a lot. There are trees so the terrace had shadow everywhere. The parking was a bit tight, but directly by the house with a gate to close. Entry/Check-In with codes we found very easy. To the beach of Follonica approx. 15 Min. by car. All in all we liked our stay a lot and would absolutely recommend Villa Degli Ulivi.

Carrado the owner was very kind and looked after us and all his guests, organising late night food deliveries and taxis. Other staff at reception also very helpful. The pool was brilliant! Had a lot of fun swimming and lounging in the sun. Pool was cleaned every night. Air con was top notch in both our rooms. Accommodation very clean, comfortable and old Italian style.
