A wonderful location, typical Tuscany, like from a movie. A small town with 2 typical restaurants (it doesn't matter which one you choose), a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. A huge garden where you can sit in the evening and drink wine under the gazebo from the vineyard. Montalcino is about 10 minutes away by car. Thank you, Elena, for the care, recommendations and for the opportunity to spend 2 beautiful days in her house.

The house was a total delight. It was rustic, yet had modern updates and was very well equipped. It felt historic, was aesthetically pleasing and interesting, had plenty of windows and light and was impeccably clean and well organized. The lockbox made for easy entrance and we were able to fit our tandem bike near the front door, ground level. Although on a steep sloped street. Spacious and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic panorama for Toscana hills and the neighbouring wine estates. In the evening a little cheese and prosciutto on the terrace with the brunello of the House (2017 and 2018): every tourist dreams of it. This was our tenth anniversary stay in Montalcino but in different places. It's certain that we would like to spend the eleventh at this accomodation.

The room is very clean and cozy decorated, right in the center of Montalcino. Great cookies were waiting for us in the kitchen. We had a great dinner at IL Moro restaurant, based on Fulvia recommendations. We highly recommend Fulvia's cozy accommodation. Breakfast was a good one, in a restaurant with an amazing view.
