It was an unforgettable holiday and an unforgettable villa. She fell in love with us at first sight. The view is simply divine! And from anywhere in the villa. Photos do not convey the real view and atmosphere. The villa is located on a mountainside plot, so its outdoor area has three levels. Although the area is small, it is very green, with bushes, olive trees, and lawns. The view from the pool is mesmerizing. The villa itself is very modern and bright. Everything has been thought out for a comfortable stay. A well-equipped kitchen, two ovens (which is convenient for a large group), a convenient utility area with a washing and drying machine and absolutely everything you need, large glass dining tables (one in the living room and the other on the terrace), comfortable large sofas, lots of high-quality cabinets. Doors in the ceiling provide additional status. The lighting of the villa deserves special attention. External lighting, lighting of rooms, terraces, floor and lighting, all kinds of lighting, lighting for plants, pools, glass touch switches - everything is very thoughtful. All bedrooms, living room, kitchen, lounge, spa room, that is, absolutely all rooms have sliding window systems with access to terraces and views of the lake. We vacationed at the end of October, so we hardly used the beautiful pool, but the evening sauna and jacuzzi with a glass of wine added a sense of divinity. The villa has several really cool lounge areas where everyone will find a secluded corner for themselves. This is a paradise for photo lovers. And finally, Laura. Attentive, polite, positive, bright, it was very easy to work with her, she was always in touch, provided us with a lot of necessary information and made many recommendations. In general, none of us wanted to leave)

Mirella is there ready to help you starting the first booking moment until the end of your stay. A very nice person who gave us a lot of information even about other places. The house was very nice like in a paradise,the swimming pool is so clean and so nice to enjoy during the warm days. The building is in a very cozy and calm place in a wonderfull nature but also not so far from the public beach... Thanks Mirella, Will come back again😊

The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a bidet and a hair dryer. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

Really lovely house in a quiet, old street. Easy to find if you call up a map of Toscolano on your phone. If arriving by bus ask the driver for Toscalono Ponte ( we got off in Maderno in error and were 2km from the house!) . Kitchen very well set up. Lovely hot shower. We used the table on the patio a lot. The awning provided welcome shade. We closed the shutters when going out for the day and returned to a nice,cool house. The decoration is excellent, with some lovely pictures. Handy for the beach and 15 mins walk to the Maderno boat stop. Two supermarkets 10 mins on foot. Plenty of restaurants at the Maderno harbour. The owner is really, really friendly and helpful and this made our stay. We had a wonderful week there and will definitely return, and recommend it to friends.

Amazing location in the middle of the town very close to lake and easily reachable shops, restaurants, and gelato. Tips how to reach important landmarks was given by very welcoming host. Very nice touch (after long drive) was cold wine, and water left in the fridge as a welcome present. Appartement is much roomier than expected. Terrasse was huge and we basically spend all the time on it. Garden is amazing too. Car parked in the shadow under trees. Water accessible for bike cleaning. Bike-friendly accomodation for sure.

    The villa's position is great, incredibly close to the lake. It has a free parking right in front of the property, which I also appreciated. Bicycles are also available, but we didn't use them. Very clean with a unique design of the rooms and bathroom.

    The location is perfect to enjoy the area and swim at the Lake. There is a pool onsite which is well maintained and very clean. The apartment is well stocked and comfortable. Overall this was a perfect stopover for us and we actually extended our stay by 4 nights due to the hot weather. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to everyone. Francesca at the front desk was a delight and very helpful. Thank you so much.

    Very clean, great location, great apartments. Pool was loverly. Receptionist (Francesca) was wonderful with so many great tips about the area. We ended up staying a couple of extra nights is was so good.

    We booked this place @ at the last minute, and I have to say we were delighted , Great value for money 💰, The Hotel was Very clean and in a great location, all of the staff were great and very polite and accomadating,, The views from the roof top sun &pool area were fantastic, Breakfast was beautiful and the view from the breakfast/restaurant area was superb, We were very happy with our stay here, We hope to return again ,

    We liked the location and the fact that the apartment had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Impeccable sheets. All very clean. Even consumables like dishwash powder, soaps were available and we were thankful for all.

    The owners are just lovely Everything is new and very clean Nice breakfast Nice localisation : close to a beach not too crowded in a small village by the lake. Nice possibility of hiking around. Free parking spot
