Boasting a balcony with garden views, a garden and a shared lounge, Boutique ChaletS Alpi - Private Sauna & Cinema can be found in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen City Hall and 500 metres from Richard Strauss Institute. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Our stay in Garmisch was amazing, starting with our arrival at the chalet where Michael met us with the keys, opened the garage door for us upon arrival, and even had a Christmas tree put up and a fire in the fireplace when we walked in. He showed us around the amazing modern property (yes the theater and sauna are real), explaining how everything worked and left us his cell number in case we had any questions during our 5- day stay. When we did text him with questions, he always responded within just a few minutes. He gave us a wonderful recommendation for the best Italian restaurant in town that was a 5-minute walk from the chalet, as well as ideas for things to do in the area based on the upcoming weather for the week. The home itself is in a quiet area, but within a block of the train station. Venues we visited within a 5-minute walk are the Italian restaurant (Renzo...phenomenal), an Irish pub, and a bakery for morning pastries. The downtown shopping area is also within walking distance, but probably a 15 minute walk. We drove it, however, and parking was plentiful even during the Christmas market season. We travel a lot, both stateside and overseas, and this was probably our best experience ever when combining both the property and the host. Upon departure, Michael again met us at the property to pick up the keys and ask us about our week, bringing us a farewell gift of German pretzels from the bakery.

The accommodated our infant granddaughter with a crib and highchair and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. The kitchen was sensational and having a washer and dryer right there was so helpful.

Enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to others.
