Each features a private sauna, fireplace and washing machine with dryer. These chalets are amazing. Location is great and it was really comfortable for a family of five. We were really lucky and saw the northern lights in santa claus village but when we got back to the chalet we were treated to an amazing northern lights show! The kids loved sledging around the chalet. There is a really nice restaurant within a short walk and we ate there both nights. Can't wait to return.

The apartment was extremely clean, cozy and well equipped. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet. You'll surely feel the peacefulness and tranquility by the sound of nature around you. We absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone travelling in Rovianemi, we would love to stay here again.

Kids had alot of freedom and were able to roam around safely in the woods and in the snow at the front of the cabin. We used the sledges they had available and cross country skis. My husband and I did the sauna and ice dip which was brilliant fun. Kitchen facilities were pretty basic but the cabin was super warm and cosy - they have a little kota available that we cooked sausages on Had a husky ride with korvala. My husband and I ended up each mushing a dog sled each which was amazing. We had a kennel tour and was nice to see how loved and cared for the dogs were as this was a major decision in going to korvala.

The hostess was very responsive with the questions I had before we left. The host picked us up at the airport and took us to the cabin. He took the time to talk us through everything about the surrounding area and discuss the activities we had scheduled in the coming days. They made sure we had a great stay. We owe our great vacation to their personal service! The cabin was also wonderful- it had everything we needed, was clean and warm and cozy. I can't say enough good things about this place and the host and hostess. The accommodation alone was worth a great rating and if you want a personal experience and like meeting local people- this is would be an amazing choice.

Free WiFi, bed linen and towels are included. The house was lovely and modern and equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Little touches like the Christmas tree and having dishwasher tablets and detergents to use etc made a self catering stay a lot easier with a family. The house is a little way from the town centre if you are walking (as it’s very cold) but We had a car and it took 5 minutes and we loved the fact it was secluded and quiet but we could easily reach where we needed to go by car.
