We had a minor issue getting in (more our incompetence) but whoever I spoke to on the phone was helpful, and Francesca who quickly arrived, very considerate and helpful. There was a private lift to get cases into our apartment. A personal key enables it to go to the apartment. Note though, for anyone with mobility issues; getting in the front door still leaves you with stairs before you get to the lift. We can't speak too highly of the location. Perfect for the ferry, taxi and surrounding area.
