Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

My stay there was one of the best I have ever experienced. Super clean and neat, the owner was very nice, the shower is very modern and everything was comfortable and cozy. It is definitely worth 10 stars!!

Tower of San Pancrazio is 18 km away and Palazzo Regio is 18 km from the holiday home. It is very nice, traditional house. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can easily cook there. The garden is nice and some beautiful turtles live there. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

A great villa, which was one of four. It had a small garden area with BBQ and a large veranda next to the property for outside dining. Additionally there a separate garden area for each villa with a small pool in each. It was an ideal location between Stintino and Pelosa beach. The view from the terrace and garden over the sea was amazing. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable.

We are still speechless. This property is something unreal, amazing and perfect in every single detail. It's a complex of 5 houses in a hill facing the sea and maybe the best sunrise you can see in Sardinia. These houses are built according to the old shepherd's tradition. There is a cozy living room full of everything you need (fridge, microwave, plates, glasses, etc). The host (grazie Veronica and Andrea) gave us also the basics to have a breakfast plus a bottle of delicious mirto! The bedroom and bathroom are immaculated. All is brand new! We spent our evenings in the garden and, oh man, if you are in need to relax this is the best place to stay. The only sound you can hear is just the pleasant bell of some goat over the hill. This place is simply amazing. The nearest village is San Priamo, just a few minutes drive where there is the best cappuccino at Cafe Number One. We stayed for 2 nights and we are planning to come over again next year for one full week to explore all the coast. We left our hearts there...Veronica and Andrea are just amazing, willing to help and making your stay unforgettable. We recommend this place to everyone!

Toaster, microwave and kettle. Washing machine. No dishwasher. Wi-Fi fine. Free parking in a private garage. Clean, comfortable. Bed linen and towels included in price. Location is great - although in a calm residential area, everything (restaurants, bars and shops) is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). Many beautiful beaches nearby, not reachable on foot.
