Hosts met us at reception and showed us to our caravan. A supply of tea, sugar, coffee and a pkt of biscuits to welcome us in. Clean and tidy . Great walks for everyone via the Red Squirrel Walk / cycle paths..Lovely walk to Sandown Beach and train station.

EMF levels the same as recorded elsewhere such as hotels, restaurants or public amenities for example. Very quiet, tucked and hidden away - a nice getaway for winter. I found the people whom ran the place honest in personal dealings.

Exceptional atmosphere. We made our own breakfast in the caravan. We had all the utensils available in the caravan to make our own meals. Amazing facilities. The location is so convenient in such a way that a traveler could use both the town facilities and the beach facilities. We all loved it.

Great location plenty to do for kids. Mobile home had plenty space.. hot water and heating when needed.. nice big shower which was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again...

The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you would need and have at home. It was great having a washing machine with the caravan when having children. Great communication with the owner, who helped with the ferry bookings and before we travelled with anything else we needed. Lovely holiday despite the rain ☔ will be booking again. Thank you.

Nothing was too much trouble (including arranging for our room to be serviced during breakfast so I could attend an online study day in it all day!) Zoe the General Manager is there day and night it seems, but is so enthusiastic and excited when telling us about her forthcoming plans for entertainment and menu changes for next year! All the staff are friendly and genuinely pleased to help and are a credit to the establishment. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Crystal could not have been more helpful and was a fantastic host - she helped us book the ferry and was very fast at responding to questions. Booking was very easy as were instructions to gain access very quite site on holiday park well equipped with homely touches like washing up and liquid soap but we had taken our own.
