Hosts met us at reception and showed us to our caravan. A supply of tea, sugar, coffee and a pkt of biscuits to welcome us in. Clean and tidy . Great walks for everyone via the Red Squirrel Walk / cycle paths..Lovely walk to Sandown Beach and train station.

I found the people whom ran the place honest in personal dealings.

Free parking, including disabled spaces next to reception. Quiet location on the side of a small town. Nice nd friendly staff . Swimming pool is not big, but still enjoyable. Jacuzzi inside, smaller one outside, 3 saunas and a steam room.

The bungalow was roomy but really cosy, the kitchen and utility room were great and well equipped with everything you needed and the welcome pack was fantastic. The walk in shower was also brilliant due to the ease of access as one of our party has limited mobility. The area is lovely and quiet but still very local to all amenities. Would highly recommend the bungalow to anyone and will definitely be returning.

When I asked for an extra single bed for the second person, this request was declined. I had to buy an air mattress for him to sleep on it. Second, no washing machine in the bungalow. Third, the nearest bus stop was nearly a mile a way, and this gave us a hell of walking every day. This site is good for motorists only. If you do not have a car, do not take it.

The barn is very stylishly decorated, clean and finished to a high spec. also nice seeing horses and sheep on the nearby fields and added benefit of visiting the farm animals. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday.
