This was the perfect location and setting to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff, in every department, are nothing short of excellent and we felt like family by the end of our stay. The Villa was exceptional; spacious, luxurious rooms and a private pool larger than some we’ve had at hotels! The resort infinity pool and all the activities on offer are super without making it feel ‘busy’. The spectacular towel displays for our celebration were second to none and had us rushing back to our room to see what beautiful creation they’d done next. 😍 Our waiter, in particular, Munir, was professional, personable and a joy to see at every meal. The staff were always smiling and happy, which tells you all you need to know. We would highly recommend this stunning resort and definitely plan to return with family.

Staying at Rinjani was an absolute delight. Such a beautiful and atmospheric place, hearing the ocean waves, being surrounded by a lush and mesmerizing natural garden... Absolutely great! The staff, the manager – everyone was super frendly and very helpful. Thank you for making the stay so memorable!

Loved it. Pods were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful with open air shower. Location was right on the beach where it was deep enough to swim. Sun loungers were free for guests, discounts on the food in the restaurant. Beer was the coldest on the island and the staff were attentive and super friendly, especially Herman who checked us in. Also if you wake up for sunrise, you will get the most spectacular view over the water and Rinjani volcano on Lombok. 10/10 would recommend.

beach front, super cute, amazing staff, great restaurant, nice touches like drinking water and a movie night each night by the beach. they even opened the resto eqrly one morning for us so we could eat before leaving on the ferry. super sweet family owns it so it’s a great way to support local businesses.

i really enjoyed everything about this property. The staff was very kind, my room was clean and comfortable, the garden was beautiful and the pool was nice. Bike rentals are available onsite, which was convenient. The breakfast was delicious served at the hotel’s other accommodations at ChillOut Cafe. I preferred the location of Gili Air Bungalow because it’s on a quiet road, and close enough to the island’s best beach and snorkeling spot.
