Honestly, friendliest staff ever. The 2 girls and the young boy from the reception were super friendly super kind and they are there 24 hours. Breakfast was good and rooms big and clean! I would come back only for the staff from the reception!

We stayed in the Family Bungalow and it was fantastic (kids age 8 and 6). Whole property is clean and tidy. Spacious room with x1 double and x2 single beds. Fans and decent mosquito nets. Private bathroom and large terrace/balcony with a dining table and coffee table with seating area. Variety of activities on offer eg. bikes, kayaking, badminton, volleyball, pool table, board games and more. Did a 4hr snorkelling trip and saw beautiful coral, lots of fish and huge turtles. Boat driver was happy, helpful and safe. Staff were kind and helpful and spoke good English. Food was great - kids loved the spaghetti bolognese and mee goreng, and we loved the curries. Staff helped organise our transport to our next location - Gili Air. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff is great, everyone has a smile and good vibes all the time. The restaurant is amazing, food and drinks (the bartender made me “micheladas”). The room was very nice and clean. The beach is cool for spending the day doing nothing than eating and drinking if you want to. Germán and ALL the staff help on whatever you need at all times. My wife and I had a great time there.

The personal and the manager were really friendly and helped us whenever we had a question. The breakfast at the chill out restaurant was also very good. The bungalow itself was very cozy and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was hard to say good bye.

Situated in Montong in West Lombok, 6 km south of Senggigi, Ibludan Hotel boasts a year-round outdoor pool and a garden. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. When one is sad to leave a place, then it truly was perfect! At Ibludan, you find everything you could wish for on your vacation. The rooms are an oasis of tranquility. It's clean, almost everything appears like it is new or well cared for. The reason why we actually liked it so much is down to the team and the owner Sophie. Everyone is so thoughtful and Sophie gave us so many helpful tips for our stay on Lombok that we simply felt comfortable and free from cares. She was able to fulfill all our wishes (scooter, laundry, hints for food deliveries). The breakfast (we chose sourdough bread and homemade jam) right by the pool, surrounded by plants, is magical. They even accommodated my request for vegan butter and plant milk. The location is great, you can quickly find Warungs (local restaurants) nearby and there is only one road to cross to get to the sea. We can give our warmest recommendation to spend your vacation here.

I loved my stay at the resort. It's a small boutique place with about five bungalows. The bungalows have a little patio which was nice. What really set it apart was the hospitality of the staff. They asked about my day every single day and directed me to a doctor when I was not feeling well. They also offered to make me aloe Vera juice for my sunburn. I had great chats with them and was looking forward to going 'home' every day. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is also nice. I loved the fresh fruits for breakfast. dolcemare is close to the beach path and there are some great beach bars within 4_5 min walking distance where you can watch the sunset.
