The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. They were very welcoming and also catered well as we had a baby. In addition, the room size was very good as was the buffet breakfast in the morning with a large choice of different foods. Having a swimming pool was also a bonus!

The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, they even helped my friend look for the luggage he had lost (not their fault). They really went above and beyond the call of duty. Breakfast was really good too, and makes good fuel for a long day of sightseeing. The spa is a welcome bonus, though only the sauna and swimming pool are included (hammam is extra). Everything else deserves the good publicity other users have made. I would absolutely recommend!

Very good location in Taxim, also close to Train and Tram links to other parts of Istanbul. Food and entertainment outside hotel.

Everything was perfect. The restaurant has great food and the staff are very kind and welcoming. The swimming pool was warm and comfortable. We had a great time with the farm animals.

The hotel is nicely located to access Taksim Metro station (few minutes walk). Any destination is reachable from this point. You can find everything that you need around Taksim square (restaurants, cafes, shops, entertainment). The staff is very kind, welcoming and helpful. The bedroom is clean and the bed very comfortable.

The Hotell is really very nice!! Old beautiful building, high floors, everything is very clean. The breakfast is really good - You`ll never return hungry after the breakfast! And of course the location - totally perfect!! 2 minutes walk from the famous İstiklâl Caddesi with all entertainments! Although the hotel is so close to it, in the hotel itself it`s very calm and still!! So, best recommendations!!

I liked the view of my room (I had reserved for a room with Bosphorus view). I also liked the swimming pool and all SPA activities.

The ambience and swimming pool was damn good and their hospitality is great moreover its very close to Taksim Square, so very convenient for shopping, food, night entertainment.
