Great waterside location with BBQ area, small beach, boat dock and ramp. Whilst the rooms were basic and comfortable enough, it was the location that made it for us. We visited Sol on The Beach restaurant a 5 minute walk away which was simply stunning. On the second night we were at Sun Outdoors, we had a BBQ, ate in the Tiki Hut and loved every minute right past the amazing sunset. Very friendly staff who were happy to chat and recommend shops and bars in the area.

Located in Marathon, Florida, this motel features a marina and outdoor pool. It has rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi access. It was an RV/motel park. The entire property was spotless and amenities were great. Also, the event coordinator was friendly and inviting. Would definitely recommend
