Everything was spotless clean. Staff was great and super helpful. Breakfast was perfect and a lot of variety. They have a variety of microwave food to buy that saves you a lot of time and money when you just want to eat and rest after a long trip. The shuttle from airport comes every half an hour which is very convenient. We rested after a very long trip and I could not think there is place that can be better after a long trip. We will stay again in here next time we are in Vancouver.

Nice airport hotels are usually crazy expensive. This hotel is not cheap but good value for money given proximity to airport. Shuttle drivers were prompt, check in/out was smooth and room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

It worked beautifully. The pillows have embroidery on the sides that read either Firm or Soft. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the lighting.
