Staff were very polite and helpful, loved the gym facilities and the restaurant/bar downstairs. Also, really liked the little tick cards available in the rooms and looked forward to a little treat every morning. Free on street parking directly outside the hotel and lovely views from the hotel windows. Lifts were quick and reliable - been to a few hotels where the lifts just don't work properly.
