The room was large and spacious for a city centre hotel. It had extras such as an iron, ironing board, safe, desk and phone and even a fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a good shower/bath combination. Cooked English Breakfast was good.

The worst thing is switching off your aircon on a sweltering day. Providing a small oscillating fan in a room with no opening windows is disgusting. Ironically your other site the holiday inn express in Bicester their aircon didn’t work either. Stop saving money and ensure your customers rooms are bearable.

Each and every single team member my son and I interacted was so accomodating, understanding and welcoming. I can not fully put it into words but this meant so much to me, especially being the mother of an autistic child. The Holiday Inn Express Hotel was perfect and the room. was very clean and comfortable. An iron and ironing board was provided which I haven’t found in many hotels.
