The hotel was clean and comfortable with excellent parking. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on both days we were staying there. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is kind of regular as in all holiday inn hotels but the staff at Wigston is more polite than other holiday inn hotels where I have stayed Rooms are spacious and beautiful - no complaints. Loved the location of hotel.

Sakis from Greece was a very hardworking and pleasant member of the team who ensured our breakfast were first rate, there was a good variety of hot and cold food. The rest of the team gave us information about areas of interest in Leicester and further afield in Derbyshire, we had a great stay. We would recommend a stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Toilet was dirty not clean, room was not clean, she complain twice still they didn't clean her room. I will never book any guest in this hotel. very disappointed from Holiday Inn Hotel, i thought they will be ok because its a part of IHG group.
