Such a nice hotel. Very clean, modern and comfy. Great breakfast and coffee available all the time. Great location to go into York. We had a flat tire and front desk staff was so helpful.

Breakfast is basic but good enough and has gluten free options for the bread. Staff was very friendly and able to accommodate our late arrival without issues. Free parking is a plus too.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, even housekeeping in the hallways gave a cheery good morning as we passed. Breakfast was standard offerings for Holiday Inn Express, and again staff were so attentive. Overall the room was as expected for this chain, clean, adequate, and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights for work, and would stay again if in the area.
