I had heard of some bad reviews and was expecting the worst. However the place was Great. Our room was well decorated and comfortable. The hotel area was quiet and relaxing, near the interstate, close to the golf.

We liked that we could walk to historic st Augustine. We also liked the fresh water offered in the lobby though it runs out early & not refilled often enough so we missed the water the last two nights.

Staff were okay not as professional as we experienced in other IHG locations during our multi-state travel. Unfortunately they could not provide an extra day in the suite we were in and we had to move to another room not so awesome for 1 day.

The breakfast that was served at this Holiday Inn Express at Vilano Beach was by far the best breakfast we've ever had and and the staff were great.

Pool is nice, surroundings is clean. Husband is an IHG member since 1991 but never knew how it works yikes! As soon as I found out I dig in! Thanks IHGs, we stayed at your properties in continental US and in Manila, Philippines. Staff are wonderful! We’ll keep coming back!!!
