Great area just above River Street. (The steps to go up and down to the river area with lots of shops and restaurants are very steep.) There is a parking garage just next to the valet parking and another one on the other side of the square – it cost us $23 for 19 hours. We loved the roof top pool and the view from up there.

The hotel was nice, clean and very convenient of walking only a block or two to the riverfront landing for shopping and restaurants. We were able to catch the trolley for the Historic city tour right by the hotel.

Below average customer service onsite. Never will stay in this hotel. No wonder why this is the cheapest hotel in Savannah. IHG group usually have good employees and staff but this one was an exceptional.

However the property did not feel safe at all, very sketchy people hanging around litter all over the property.I did not feel safe leaving my car parked overnight there at all. For almost $170 a night with tax definitely not worth the value. There was a Holiday Inn right next door that looked very much cleaner and safer not sure how much it costs there but would have definitely paid the difference to be there.

Little sitting nook had blood and floor was filthy. We decided to check out and went to IHG across the road much cleaner a bit pricier but worth it, as parents our priorities are always sanitary conditions when ttraveling. Would not recommend.
