Can count on good quality with all the amenities at Holiday Inn. Very nice place.

Included breakfast in the morning is a plus. Holiday Inn Express is typically a good experience and value for the price is very fair.

The Holiday Inn Sydney Waterfront is a great place to stay. The staff are so friendly and happy to help in any way. The location is very well situated for access to restaurants and facilities. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The beds were 10/10 for comfort! We all had a wonderful sleep. Breakfast was good, not as many choices as other Holiday Inns that we have stayed. The hot tub was out of service which was a bit of a disappointment for me as a parent, but the kids loved the water slide and pool!

Breakfast good. Location convenient from where I was coming from but I wanted the Holiday Inn Express at the Airport, so I could park there for 4 days and just wake up and take the shuttle to the airport. I didn’t find out till I checked in that I was not at the airport. (I am not from Nova Scotia). It was past 9pm after a long trip. And I’d already paid for my room. I’d have to rush the next morning and reorganize for an early flight.

I was booked to stay at the Holiday Inn for six nights. Unfortunately, because I rely on public transportation, this hotel was not suitable for me and I only stayed one night. It’s ideal if you drive, but it is out-of-the-way and not near any grocery stores for one to walk to.

The location of the Holiday Inn Sydney is excellent as it is on the waterfront and close to all major areas. There is a boardwalk on the waterfront and it is quite pretty. Jakob at the front desk was excellent and professional. He helped us with the issues described fairly and quickly. Linda at the onsite restaurant was lovely and although clearly working with too few staff was friendly and helpful.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this stay and I will never stay at another holiday Inn again.

I arrived after 10 pm and was very tired after travel. I accidently got into the wrong airport van (Quality Inn Van sounds like Holiday Inn at that time of night!) and the driver was happy to drive me back over to Holiday Inn when my mistake was discovered. I had a great sleep, and next morning was greeted by the staff person serving breakfast. She made me feel welcome and took care of my breakfast order. Check out staff person was also very cheerful and wished me a good trip home.
