Boutique hotel. Super expensive. Good reviews. Good pictures. Well we arrived and spent 5 minutes in our room booking a Holiday Inn instead.

Easy access, big car park, clean rooms, comfy beds - as you can expect from Holiday Inn Express chain. Can't fault it for 1,2 nights stay. It's basic but very solid group of hotels. Gloucester branch confirmed it all.

Excellent staff; friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. All staff we met were delightful and are a credit to the brand! The newly revamped public areas are comfortable and a good addition. Discounted parking in the adjacent NCP car park was a bonus thank you. Buffet breakfast was good and typical for a Holiday Inn Express. Staff worked hard to keep the area well stocked, tidy and clean.

Typical Holiday Inn room. Large television screen. Correct bathroom but a little small. Breakfast ok. Hotel located on the outskirts of Gloucester which allows you to visit the city (15 minutes drive), visit the Costwolds, or dine Chetenham near the center.

It was exactly what you would expect for a Holiday Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a lot of options, and it was pretty affordable.

This was the best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at - the staff were excellent, the rooms have been recently refurbished, and all the amenities were to a high standard. Excellent short day for those on leisure or business!

Comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Having stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past it fulfilled my expectations - clean, convenient and comfortable.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially for a Holiday Inn Express. Great place to stay and explore Bath and environs if you are willing to stay a little further away.

Very good location with lots of restaurants and bars close by. For a trip to Cotswolds, this is a good place for a base. The hotel has also gone through renovations in 2020, so definitely better looking property than a typical Holiday Inn Express. The hotel also has convenient paid parking closeby and access to a good gym.
