The room and wash room is great and spacious . The breakfast is superb . Service is excellent as well . However I found the hotel expensive . Holiday Inn is not as posh but is a real good value for money hotel.

Courteous staff, cleanliness, location, quietness. Enthusiastic staff with beautiful smiles are lovely anywhere, and I was glad to experience them at Holiday Inn Guildford.

We have stayed here twice because of appointments at the hospital close by. It is located in its own grounds with plenty of car parking which you pay for at the machine outside the hotel. We think it is the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at. The breakfast is great with lots of choice. You can also order great food all day at the bar.

The staff at the front desk at the Holiday Inn in Shepperton, went out of their way to assist us in every way. As a hotel owner/ manager myself, I appreciate high quality front desk staff and they are among the best.

I was at a dinner at the Aviator and didn’t want to pay £200 for a room there. The Holiday Inn was 5 minutes walk away and less than half the price so I booked, expecting a mid-range average stop. The staff were great, hugely friendly and helpful. There were no less than 8 usb ports in my room. Very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast the next morning. The only one detractor was the panoramic view of a busy roundabout when I opened the curtains in the morning, but you can’t have everything :)

it’s the middle of nowhere. nothing really to like. even holiday inn or a premier inn would be better

Holiday Inn, like Premier Inn....you know what you are going to get so you have to pay a little more for this. So rm good, breakfast good, something that one will happily eat on the evening menu (bit pricey but you do not have to travel for it). I needed somewhere with no hassles, nice staff, in house food, everything working etc etc....and these places do it without exception. PARKING: its a bit disappointing that despite the price, you have to pay extra for parking in a machine outside. A bit of a piss take I thought.

Good price, low hassle, easy peasy. Great breakfast as usual in Holiday Inn.

Comfortable beds. A good, proper double bed size. So much better than recent Holiday Inn Express visits. Lovely staff.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, such amazing choice and such good quality. Everywhere gleamed with cleanliness. The staff were so attentive, professional and friendly. The room and it’s facilities were better than expected. My 7yr old daughter squealed with delight when we first walked in the room. Thank you Holiday Inn Express!
