This contemporary-style hotel provides 119 well-appointed rooms in a welcoming environment, just a 30-minute drive from Bristol and Cardiff. Very friendly staff, smooth check in and check out. Arrived late at about 1am, room got upgraded from standard to executive. Room is very clean and tidy.

The hotel has a spacious lounge area overlooking the dock. It features a full-licensed bar and a large-screen TV. A buffet breakfast is available every morning at Holiday Inn Cardiff Bay. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It exceeded our expectations and was very good value for money.

I so love the location, so near to everything. I love the room it was so immaculate/tidy. The breakfast i love it.
