Appayan Guest House personal was very kind and willing to fill all requests. Ruler comunicated with fluent English. Room was clean and ready to use, the same washroom. Price was very good in comparison to prices around. In opposite of Guest house is very nice restaurant you can have good meal.

日本語後述。Tired of the hustle and bustle of the old town, I was lucky enough to find this place. It is close to the new town of Gulshan, which is much calmer and more normal than the old town. The streets are mainly food and commodity shops and you can walk around normally (compared to the old town!). And the flat is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and on the other side of the street, so it's a peaceful environment. My room had windows on two sides, own large balcony, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fan all worked and even the bathroom was carefully cleaned. グルシャンに近い、設備のいいアパートの一室です。旧市街にも泊まってみたけど、断然こちらがおすすめ。オーナーKaderさんは親日家。

I did not know that in the center of Dhaka there is places where you can go to the balcony from the room and get some air while watching the life of the locals. Thanks to the owner Mr. Kader for the personal organization of late check-in and such a warm attitude. The breakfast and tea in the cafe opposite was also the best.
