When we contacted the owner with a request (not working TV, not working AC) the situation was solved quickly. We experienced hot water outage which we were not informed about but we exchanged this discomfort for late check out when the water was already OK and we were able to use it. Close to the sea. Clean pool. The best and easiest air condition is to keep all doors and windows opened and feel the breeze going from the hall. All the locals are doing it like that.
