The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Free discounted passes for Lucerne were also provided in advance. The property had elevator access. The room had ample space & it was clean. It was equipped with an electric cooker, a microwave oven, a refrigerator & a television. An extra bed was also available in the living area. The room had adequate heating and we were able to adjust the level of heating. The bathroom had hot water, amenities (soap, shampoo) and towels. Two washing machines were available on the 3rd & 5th floors, which could be used for free. The owner was communicating with us throughout and was very helpful.
