At first I was a little worried that it would be noisy overnight as the B&B is in the heart of the old town but there was no need to worry. The windows blocked out all the noise, which was amazing. The location in the old town of Antibes, all the small French delicates food shops at the same street , which goes to the beautiful market place. Restaurants all close, same with beach in which we had our morning swims before nice breakfast that Holy our lovely host was making. The house has a lot of steps, rooms quite small, but comfortable, and only few aircon rooms, good to know in the hot summer months. We were second time, and definitely come back. If you like small upmarket b&b - go for it.
