The room was perfect and immaculately prepared with a lovely selection of tea and coffee, milk satchets even include oat! Bed was great and very comfy! Shower was fabulous and the bathroom also immaculate! The friendly dogs and cat are a bonus!

Spot on location from the train station 8 minutes walk. 8 minutes to parkrun 15 to stoke 4 pubs and shopping centre Loads of food places around Awesome shower and big bed rooms. Well worth stoppping and the price is good. Thank you Joe and hope to stay again
