A rural 18th century mansion house with beautiful grounds, yet close to the thriving village of Lucan. From there it's a C3 bus to the heart of Dublin. Ensuite with a comfortable bed and towels provided. You'll be self-catering but the large modern country kitchen has everything you need. Sean is a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Caroline and Ian.

Sean is a great host, going out and beyond to help us, with a great conversation and making us feel at home, with access to a beautiful country kitchen and cooking amenities. The country house is a great experience of the Irish country, close to Dublin centre (bus 25 min from Lucan village), with lovely places to walk around. Collin the dog is probably one of the friendliest fellas we have encountered, such a clever pup, we fell in love with him. I can't recommend the experience enough, 5 stars all around.
