Sheila was a terrific hostess. There was nothing we could have needed. She thought of it all. She gave great recommendations and provided maps and brochures for all the activities we mentioned or asked about. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was large with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was basic, but had plenty of choices and was more than we needed. The dining area and lounge are large and cozy. Enjoyed the ability to play or stream music. Location and proximity to town is great. Close enough to get there in moments without any noise or crazy traffic. We did hear the sheep next door when we went outside!

It was really close to the Carrowkeel cairns, and Damien the host was super lovely and helpful. His knowledge on the local area is exceptional. It felt a bit like staying with my uncle! It was lovely to have breakfast with Damien every morning and pick his brains on the local area, and McDermott’s bar/grill down the road is well worth a visit. The food was great as was the company. We’ll definitely be visiting again one day :)
