Ruban is an excellent host and is taking care to contribute positively to the environment and community in Palolem both through his Eco development (which are good value for money) and his yoga teachings. I really enjoyed my stay here, I was worried about not having AC initially but the fan was fine as the temperature drops at night. I enjoyed the ease of waking up and taking only a few steps to the yoga shala to practice an Ashtanga style class lead by Ruban. His wife also makes amazing tea! The location is perfect, it’s literally on the beach (as in you are walking in sand) and a 2minute walk to the ocean, in fact you can hear the ocean at night without the fan on.

The place is located right next to the pristine palolem beach (walking distance less than 1 minute). The ambience of the place is very serene, lush green, ample spacious backyard, and with a quaint vibe. The owners/ caretakers are extremely friendly, soft spoken and supportive, helping you out throughout. The food (breakfast and other meals) is really yum with plenty of options and varieties. All in all, one of the best stay experiences in goa in my lifetime (considering I have travelled to goa as a tourist for at-least 10+ times now).

Firstly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a little piece of paradise on the edge of Palolem, tucked away on sand walking paths with a less than 1 minute walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the cottages as you are drifting to sleep. The staff are laidback, friendly and accommodating. The owners are very sweet as well. The bug net was perfect to cover the bed.

Really nice, cozy, comfortable and clean place to stay.. Amazing location very close to Palolem Beach.. i initially booked a room for just one night as i wanted to be sure of the place, but later extended my stay to total 6 nights.. the hosts are very sweet, warm, welcoming and helping.. would like to name a few, Gautam, Pooja and Melita at the Reception were warm, welcoming and helpful.. the Best of all, Naresh and Paul who served at the Restaurant were always smiling, caring and made us feel special.. also the owner (i don't remember his name) and his wife were sweet and helpful.. the owner's toddler daughter got very friendly with my toddler daughter and they played a lot together running around the place.. myself, my wife and my parents loved the greenery at the place.. overall a great stay and if ever i visit Goa again, i would definitely consider coming back to this place for a stay.. owners please do maintain the warmth at your end and the cleanliness of the place which was the best part..

It was a few metres to their beach restaurant & others, and most places I wanted to go (swim, yoga class, plant food eating, Ayurvedic massage, beach walks, shops) were mainly 5-20mns walk.
