The stay was very comfortable and it was very quiet. The building was restored in 2021 so it has soundproof doors and windows. Breakfast is at a corner cafe. Emanuele is very professional and does a great job taking care of the guests. The location is very good, close to the port parking since parking is unavailable due to the Relais being in the ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato).

The room was spacious, had a fridge and well located on a quiet street close to a small grocery store but only a few minutes from the center. Would definitely stay here again! Upscale accommodations without feeling pretentious. The property is located close to plenty of things and a short drive/walk to the commercial part of town. The bed was comfortable, the a/c worked, and the staff was extremely attentive to our needs - the owner even stopped by late in the afternoon to remove the ladder from the bunk bed, so our 2 year old wouldn’t be able to continually climb the ladder into the top bunk. He was so friendly and helpful.

The host replied promptly to my questions at checkin. The room and bathroom I had were very clean and looked exactly as in the pictures posted by the host on Booking. There was a common area with balcony that was shared by 4 rooms, but my room also had a private balcony. There were more towels than I really needed, and a nice warm blanket for the one night when the temperature dropped. The young lady came a bit early to clean my room, but went to clean another area in order to give me time to exit (at checkout time), and when I asked where I could recycle plastic bottles she kindly said she would take care of it.

I loved opening the shutters wide open in the morning to let the light in and see the fishermen being in their trawlers and negotiating seafood. it’s beautiful to see how the locals live and this room helped us get a glimpse into their lifestyle. The room itself transports you into an elegant and mysterious time warp. Its dark and moody and ultra elegant. Enough space for my family of two adults and two teenagers. Also a bonus is the roof top terrace
