They were very friendly and helpful, they helped me pick hiking trails in the area, answered to all my questions with a lot of patience, they even helped me catch another bus when my bus was canceled and gave me a ride to the bus station. I appreciate Renato trying his best to accomodate my needs. He also ensured the room was always clean and sheets/towels are changed regularly. WIFI is superb and the room is comfy and spacious enough for one person. The apartment has a basement to store bikes so this is great for bikers. It is also 20 min drive from La Thuile and many many mountainbiking/hiking locations.
