This was a reasonably priced, spotlessly clean, centrally located apartment with wonderful amenities. It had a full sized well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk in shower. The bedroom had a large comfortable bed with lots of closet space, air conditioning, TV and fan. In addition, there was a living room with another large wall mounted TV and comfortable chesterfields. There was free secure parking within the premises for my rent a car. The area was very quiet so I always had a good night’s sleep. The Wifi reception was excellent. The host Ann and her husband were courteous and very accommodating. The apartment had many extras such as bottled water, soaps, hand sanitizer and even bags of potato chips. Ann really strives to make her guests comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kingston. This place is a perfect base for touring all the wonderful sights of Kingston.

Additionally, an unforgettable evening unfolded as we joined fellow guests for a lively night of dancing at a club. The camaraderie and energy were infectious, further enriching my Kingston experience. There's not enough words for me to describe the type of hospitality that Nas & Francis provide. They're so kind, and warm. They really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable/welcomed. On the night that I arrived, Nas kindly drove me to a local spot for me to get some food. When leaving, she also kindly offered me some Ackee & Salt Fish ( which tasted absolutely amazing btw!), and Francis dropped me to the Knutsford Express station. The location of this property is walking distance to most places, including Juici Patty, Emancipation Park, Flow, Fish Pot & more. You can also hail down local taxis or call an Uber, when necessary. The property is exceptionally clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I struggled to leave it every morning. There was also a fridge & microwave in the room which came in very handy! The water pressure in the shower was amazing too. I honestly cannot fault the property, or the hospitality of both Nas & Francis. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the amazing AC in the room! If you're ever in Kingston, I would highly recommend that you stay here! I know that I definitely would not hesitate to return. As a solo woman traveller, I felt so safe!
