Everything was perfect. The rooms were comfortable. The food was super delicious. The location is super beautiful. The views from the stay was amazing by the riverside.. They even came to pick me up for free. The beautiful lonely Beach is like 30 mins walk away.

I loved that place, it is very remote so I would recommend gettin a scooter for 10 dol from Koh Touch or Long Beach at get there with it. It is quite remote so may not be suitable for everyone but it was lovely.

Nice local small village on the north part of the island. Everyone was fantastic and made sure you had everything you needed. Lonely Beach is close by along with a few restaurants all walking distances. If you truly want an authentic village outside the touristy area come here it will not disappoint!!!

I never usually review but I had such a pleasant stay at Apsara that I must tell people about it! The guesthouse is very very clean and the facilities are amazing for Koh Rong. The location is very central so you have access to activities, food and drink right at your door. The best part of the guesthouse is Kunthea and Rudy, the owners. They are extremely attentive and offer fabulous customer service. They can organize all your activities quickly and at a good price. In fact I had an issue with mine and they sorted it out in minutes. Please if you are looking to stay in Koh rong, support a Cambodian family guesthouse :).

Please remember that Cambodia is still a poor country and housing for the locals is far less than the standard of the hotel. The staff are lovely and most people speak several languages, including English. We asked for a room with a view/ balcony with our booking, and we were lucky to be given one. So recommend asking for one, or you may end up with a not a good view. Simon was a great host and more than helpful to accommodate any needs. The level of accommodation is probably the best on the island that we saw. The price reflects the accommodation so we were not disappointed.
